Tiger Drawing, my process.

 Karakia (Prayer)

1,  I use, A3  Canston paper, 297 x 420mm (White). All my animal drawings start with the subjects eyes. I use a HB and 6B  Stadler pencils. Tombo eraser, stadler rubber. 

2,  Start detailing the proportions, stripes, mouth and nose. 

3,  Start detailing the  tone of my sketch, my dark's  and lights.

4,  Another layer of detail, dark and lights .

5,  Final detail pass, highlights

6,  Final drawing, 297mm x 420mm in black wooden frame.
