My V8 story

I went to Ebbets Holden in Hamilton on Thursday, with a partially completed portrait painting of the Holden V8Supercar. I met the holden drivers Mark and Garth, and they both signed the painting, Mark remarked it was a good omen as I painted the car winning the race. We laughed and joked as the race would be over 3 days and if they won on Sunday my painting would be quite valuable. I received a signed Holden cap and left with the painting. I stayed up most of the night finishing the painting. Come Sunday the Holden Team won the overall race and my painting did turn out to be a good omen. The painting was purchased by Steve Valuta, (Hamilton V8 Supercars NZ, Organiser). "choice one"
